Workstation

Concept Gardien must be installed and is compatible with all Windows 32 or 64 bit version, fully supported by Microsoft. We recommend using the «Windows Update» utility for all Windows versions in order to download critical updates recommended by Microsoft. The stability of your computer depends on it. Concept Gardien can run in a virtualize Windows platformon on a MAC. The following requirements are: MAC OS X 10.5 and greater as well as the Parallels Desktop software.

Windows Serveur

Concept Gardien must be installed and is compatible with all Windows Server 32 or 64 bit version, fully supported by Microsoft. We recommend using the «Windows Update» utility for all Windows versions in order to download critical updates recommended by Microsoft. The stability of your server depends on it.

Disk Space

Concept Gardien does not require much disk space for its installation. However, if the option to keep backups locally is enabled, you will need to have sufficient disk space1.

E-Mail Address

An e-mail address is required. You must be able to send e-mails from the computer on which Concept Gardien is installed.

Internet

A permanent and reliable2 Internet connection is required to ensure the proper functioning of Concept Gardien.

  1. Depending on the size of the backups, you must have from a few MB to several GB of available disk space.
  2. The success of the backups is based on the reliability of the Internet connection. Les Progiciels Concept inc. cannot guarantee the proper functioning of Concept Gardien on a computer with an unstable Internet connection.
